After ordering products from us, if, upon receipt, you are not completely satisfied, you can return them unused to us within 7 days for a full refund. |

If within 90 days of purchase you are not fully satisfied with your product, then simply return it to us, together with your receipt, for a refund. 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted to cover handling (except in the cases of Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2flow, where a 100% refund will be given). |

All Ecoflow products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against faulty parts and workmanship. This guarantee is extended to 10 years in the case of Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2flow. The magnetic properties are guaranteed for life. TianTian and Nutriflow, being consumable, do not carry the above guarantees. Your statutory rights are not affected. |
